4. Lunch activity: cooking together and enjoying together

Pre dinner group dance is a very interesting experience and a great team building tool. In this activity, team members learn and practice some basic dance steps together, which not only allows everyone to relax physically and mentally, but also enhances team collaboration and communication skills.
